• Responsible for directing and developing teams that oversee relationships with key commercial clients to achieve sales and revenue targets • Work with national customers to understand their needs and create customized solutions, negotiate contracts and price, and provide ongoing support • Coordinate resources and ensure commercial customer needs are met • Sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals, meeting monthly booking goals and hotel revenue guidelines for the assigned Market Segment • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication • Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
- Masters or better in Business Administration or related field
- 5-10 years: Enterprise level account management experience
- 5-10 years: Leadership and management experience

• Operates in the Technical Director role during Live Events and executes the in-game visual requirements and calls from Event Show Director, Producer, and Associate Director; including multiple discrete feeds (e.g. Clean Feeds, Aux outputs, etc.). • Builds and maintains TD files and switcher effects, intakes custom requests, prioritizes and problem solves, and drives communication and documentation to all pertinent partners and teammates. • Collaborates across the enterprise to plan the needs of the Event Operations team for specific productions. • Participates in planning meetings and prep sessions with partners in Content Production and closely related departments. • Participates in the development of fellow operations staff through training and workshops.
