Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time Project Manager (Experienced on Enterprise AI deployment) with the following responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Gemini Enterprise roadmap initiatives. Manage a backlog of business-driven AI agent requests. Oversee rollout of new enterprise features and connectors currently in testing. Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards. Drive AI enablement initiatives enabling teams to build and manage agentic solutions. Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and best practices. Track adoption of metrics, usage analytics, and ROI impact. Lead evaluation and execution of POCs including Workato MCP vs Google MCP. Define scope, KPIs, timelines, and executive reporting structures. Present comparative analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership. Partner with executive stakeholders to refine and refocus embedded AI strategy. Develop phased implementation of roadmap with measurable milestones. Ensure alignment with enterprise digital transformation objectives. Support development of AI learning programs and enterprise training initiatives. Coordinate quarterly AI Hackathons and innovation programs. Promote enterprise-wide AI literacy and innovation culture. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards. Lead steering committee meetings and cross-functional working sessions. Manage risks, dependencies, vendor coordination, and resource planning. Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality program delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Security, and Business units.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise POCs and technology evaluations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise.
- Familiarity with automation/integration platforms such as Workato.
- Experience establishing or contributing to an AI Center of Excellence.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise adoption frameworks.

This role involves supervising a team of analysts supporting the Epic Hospital Billing application, ensuring reliable operations and timely issue resolution. Supervise a team of 4 analysts providing support for the Epic Hospital Billing application. Ensure support procedures are clearly documented and up to date. Develop practices that maximize system capabilities and availability. Provide on-call support as needed. Identify, triage, and resolve issues proactively. Coordinate system maintenance and manage vendor relationships. Facilitate the resolution of user concerns and production issues. Lead troubleshooting efforts to address production problems. Manage communication between technical teams and departmental owners. Oversee project management activities from planning to post-implementation support.
