• Lead end-to-end project management for state expansion initiatives in the non-standard auto insurance space. • Collaborate with product, compliance, actuarial, underwriting, legal, and marketing departments to develop and launch state-specific products. • Ensure all state-specific regulatory requirements are met in coordination with legal and compliance teams. • Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams and executive leadership to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports; proactively identify risks and roadblocks. • Lead and facilitate high-impact meetings with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear decision-making and accountability. • Track project metrics and performance indicators to evaluate success and optimize future expansions. • Monitor and incorporate competitive intelligence and market dynamics into expansion strategy.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the auto insurance industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable results.
- Comfortable presenting to and directing high-level company leaders and executives.
- Expert meeting facilitator and communicator, able to drive clarity and consensus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple timelines and competing priorities.
- Insurance state expansion experience.
- Familiarity with insurance technology platforms and product launch cycles.
- Proficient email communication skills.
- Skilled in presenting to large senior level groups.

Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for all matters pertaining to contract performance.
