The Product Operations’ team’s mission is to accelerate the outcomes of Omnicell’s Product Management organization by driving programs and uniting cross-functional teams. In this highly visible role, we are looking for an ambitious and innately curious Program Manager to drive our Autonomous Pharmacy vision. You will work with product leaders, engineering and go-to-market teams on planning and execution of large-scale connected devices and cloud applications programs. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of engineering principles and product development lifecycle with a proven ability to multitask, in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements. Develop comprehensive cross-functional program delivery plans to achieve successful business and customer outcomes. Includes scoping, prioritization, resourcing, budgeting and risk management Establish and maintain program metrics and key performance indicators to track progress, evaluate program success and identify areas for process improvements Be the bridge - equally comfortable explaining team's analyses and recommendations to executives as well as discussing tradeoffs with engineers and product managers Drive predictable delivery of programs while influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, manage competing priorities, and resource allocation
Job Requirements
- Strong program management skills driving complex programs with motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills characterized by technical acumen, clarity, and brevity
- Analytical skills with data-driven decision making, with ability to make reasoned decisions in situations of uncertainty or imperfect data
- Ability to work with people across a broad variety of job functions and levels
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, healthcare or business
- 3+ years of Program Management experience with a focus on the technical aspects of new product development
- Masters preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
