Role Description Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time “Business Systems Analyst (DEEL Contractor Management System)” with a strong background in business process engineering and cross-functional process design to support the implementation of an enterprise contractor management platform (DEEL). The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and other business functions to analyze current-state processes, gather and consolidate business requirements, and design scalable end-to-end workflows that improve the contractor lifecycle. Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of Background check, Reference check, E-Verify process & Drug Test. Location – San Ramon, CA / Anywhere in US (work hour will be PST time zone) Position: Open for W2 and C2C Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements. - Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Operations. - Analyze existing contractor management processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization. - Translate siloed business requirements into cohesive, scalable end-to-end business processes. - Create process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Support the implementation of the DEEL contractor management platform by aligning business processes with system capabilities. - Identify process dependencies, business risks, and integration of touchpoints across enterprise systems. - Collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners, and business owners during solution design, testing, and deployment. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test scenarios, and validate business requirements. - Assist with change management activities including process documentation, user training, and adoption support. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractor governance requirements throughout the implementation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst on enterprise system implementations. - Proven ability to work across multiple business functions simultaneously and manage competing stakeholder priorities. - Experience implementing or supporting DEEL contractor/workforce management platforms will be preferable. - Experience with contractors, contingent workforce, vendor, or non-employee lifecycle management. - Experience working with HRIS, ERP, Finance, Legal, and Identity Management systems. - Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN. - Familiarity with integration concepts and enterprise application ecosystems. - Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Role Description We’re expanding our Phoenix team and looking for a talented HubSpot Specialist who is ready to make an impact from day one. - Manage ongoing relationships with clients using HubSpot as their Marketing and/or CRM platform. - Design, configure, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations based on client operational needs. - Build and manage dashboards, reports, page layouts, and process automations that give end-users real insight and control. - Own data integrity within HubSpot CRM — including data imports, cleanup, and deduplication. - Provide hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to help clients get the most out of HubSpot. - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions. - Manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets (including Salesforce, where applicable). - Produce clear documentation including process flows, use-case models, and high-level design specs for diverse audiences. - Assist with data import/export and system customization as projects require. Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a professional setting. - Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. - A collaborative, client-first mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a solid academic record. - HubSpot certifications are a strong plus — we’ll also support you in earning new ones.
