Job Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Human Resource Management or a comparable field of study
- Enthusiasm for HR processes, IT systems and digital solutions in the HR area
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets, basic analyses, ideally PivotTables)
- Structured, careful and reliable working style with a strong willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Initial exposure to HR, staff scheduling or data analysis is a plus but not required
