Role Description We are seeking an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and overall HR administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes while contributing to a positive employee experience. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding. - Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. - Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. - Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management processes while ensuring compliance with labour regulations. - Prepare employment contracts and other HR documentation. - Assist with payroll inputs, maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. - Carry out other HR and recruitment-related duties assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and HR. - Previous experience in a BPO, HR consulting, recruitment or outsourcing company is preferred. - Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. - Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask, work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment. - Immediate availability is an added advantage.
