Role Description We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated Sales Admin to support our sales operations on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making outbound cold calls, managing sales activity inside a CRM, and helping drive a sales pipeline independently within the MSP, IT services, or B2B services space. The Sales Admin will support lead generation, prospect outreach, pipeline tracking, CRM updates, and communication between prospects and internal stakeholders. This person should be organized, confident, self-driven, and able to communicate clearly in English with prospects, team members, and leadership. - Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new sales opportunities. - Research potential clients and identify prospects that fit the company’s target market. - Support the development and management of the sales pipeline from initial outreach to qualified opportunity. - Qualify leads based on business needs, interest level, service fit, and decision-making potential. - Present and promote MSP, IT services, support desk, and outsourcing solutions clearly and professionally. - Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and activity records inside the CRM. - Track follow-ups, pipeline status, and next steps to ensure opportunities continue moving forward. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding prospect status, client needs, and sales activity. - Assist with sales coordination, handoffs, and administrative support for the sales team. - Meet daily and weekly outreach, follow-up, and lead generation expectations. - Provide feedback to improve outreach messaging, lead quality, and sales operations. Qualifications - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. - Comfortable making outbound cold calls and engaging prospects professionally. - Previous experience in sales administration, lead generation, telemarketing, sales outreach, or B2B sales support. - Familiarity with MSP offerings, IT services, support desk services, or outsourced technology solutions. - Experience driving or supporting a sales pipeline independently. - Strong communication skills with both external prospects and internal stakeholders. - Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms. - Self-starter mindset with strong motivation, ownership, and follow-through. - Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage tasks in a remote environment. - Reliable internet connection and professional home setup. Requirements - Experience using Glasshive. - Experience working with MSPs, IT service providers, outsourcing firms, or consulting companies. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools. - Understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline stages, and lead qualification processes. - Track record of meeting or exceeding outreach, lead generation, or sales activity goals. - English and Spanish communication skills are a plus.
