Role Description Ideals has grown 2x in the past four years to a team of 500+ people across 30+ countries. The next stage is more ambitious: scaling toward unicorn status, with significant hiring volume concentrated in GTM teams across the EMEA, Americas, and APAC. To get there, we need a Director of Talent Acquisition who operates at both levels: - Strategically, you'll report directly to the CEO and shape how TA supports revenue growth – aligning hiring priorities with business targets, driving adoption of AI and automation, and holding quality of hire as a non-negotiable. - Tactically, you'll lead a team across recruitment, sourcing, Employer Brand, and Operations – diagnosing bottlenecks, tightening processes, and ensuring the function executes consistently at scale. The TA foundation here is real: a skilled, senior team, strong tooling, and a hiring culture that's genuinely embedded across the organization. Until now, the TA function has reported to our VP of Operations who after 7 incredible years is moving to the next challenge. To elevate Ideals talent acquisition to the next level, we are creating an opportunity for a strategic owner to step in. What this role calls for is someone who can take what's working, sharpen it, and lead the function through the complexity of rapid, global growth without losing precision in the process. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership, with essential 2nd-line management experience and a history of guiding companies through rapid scale. - Demonstrated track record of diagnosing process inefficiencies and implementing tech to streamline hiring. - Knowledge of ATS, sourcing, and outreach tools. - Expert-level candidate assessment and selection skills, maintaining process consistency to hit quality of hire targets. - Ability to extract actionable insights from data with tech. - Fluency in English (C1+). - Excellent stakeholder management experience, with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and smoothly navigate relationships. Benefits - Home workplace budget. - Co-working expense coverage. - Individual IT budget for extra equipment. - Top-tier tech and AI-powered tools. - Access to Ideals Academy with numerous courses. - Investment in external learning and development activities. - Guidance in Personal Development Plan creation. - Professional literature and subscriptions coverage. - Support of your passion as a speaker or writer. - Internal talent mobility opportunities. - Tailored Wellness Package for your physical and mental health. - Funding for sports competitions. - Paid health-related time-off. - Budget for local gatherings in global locations. - Generous internal referral program. My Secure AdvantageWe help people eradicate stress and take charge of their financial futures. As a B2B2C financial-wellness company, we partner with employers so their employees get real, personal money coaching, grounded in empathy and behavioral science. When members engage, our partners see the results, and the relationship grows. With over three decades of experience and more than a million coaching sessions behind us, we've learned that no two financial stories are alike. Role Description At MSA, customer success is where our mission meets business: sponsors renew and grow with us because their people's financial lives genuinely change. We're building out our direct-employer customer success function, and we're looking for a leader to shape it for the future. This is a build role. You'll design the systems this function will run on for years: - Segmentation - Health scoring - Renewal forecasting - The whole operating model And you’ll lead a capable team, while staying close enough to the work to carry one or two of your own strategic accounts. It's early-stage and hands-on: you'll develop more than you’re handed, and if that's the kind of work you're looking for, we'd love to meet you. This is the heart of the role. - You own retention with real numbers — GRR/NRR on a genuine book, expansion you helped drive, executive business reviews you've led. - You've led and developed CSMs — real accountability for outcomes through your team. - You know this world — financial wellness, benefits, EAP, HR tech, or fintech B2B2C, and how HR and VP-Benefits partners think. - 5–7 years in customer success or strategic account management, with the range to lead and the willingness to stay hands-on. Benefits - $140,000 base salary plus a performance bonus tied to retention, expansion, and building the function, with meaningful upside for strong performance. - Paid Time Off – 2 weeks of paid vacation, plus accrued sick time. - Holidays – 9 company holidays plus a floating holiday to use however you choose. - 401(k) – Company matches 50% of employee deferrals up to 8%. - Medical – Competitive medical plans with HRA funding, plus FSA and DCFSA options. - Dental & Vision – Comprehensive dental and vision coverage. - Life Insurance – Basic and voluntary life options. - Stipends – Technology and wellness stipends to support how you work and live. - Fully remote – across our nationwide footprint.
