Role Description The Ad Council is a non-profit organization that develops, executes and distributes public service announcements and communications strategies for over 40 campaigns each year. Our Legal team is seeking an Attorney (Contract Employee) to support our portfolio of public service campaigns. This role will report to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and partner closely with cross-functional teams across Campaign & Programs, Marketing and Communications, Insights and Analytics, Finance, Media, Strategic Partnerships and External Engagement, and People Operations. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day legal support across a range of campaign and operational needs: - Contract negotiation - Advising on compliance - Advertising practices - Risk mitigation The work is dynamic and fast-moving, requiring strong judgment, clear communication with non-legal stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Qualifications - JD with an active license to practice law, in good standing, in at least one U.S. jurisdiction - Ability to quickly learn and advise on new or evolving issues, and pivot as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work - Proven ability to assess risk and support informed, practical decision-making - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences - Sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Comfort using modern legal technology and ability to quickly ramp on new tools, including those incorporating AI Requirements Key Experience Areas: Candidates must have strong experience in at least two of the following areas: - Advertising and Marketing: Advising on legal issues related to the development, execution, and distribution of campaigns - Production and Talent: Drafting and advising on production and talent agreements, including performer releases, influencer agreements, and union/non-union talent arrangements (e.g., SAG-AFTRA) - Technology: Supporting marketing and advertising technology platforms, reviewing SaaS agreements, and advising on vendor risk and emerging tools (including AI) - Data Security and Privacy: Advising on data use, privacy, and security matters, including vendor reviews and data-sharing considerations - Government and Regulatory Compliance: Advising on requirements tied to government-funded campaigns, including flow-down obligations and applicable laws and regulations Benefits - This is a contract employee role with an anticipated length of approximately 6 months, with the possibility to extend the contract. - Compensation for this position is $10,000 monthly, paid semi-monthly. - Contract employees will be eligible to participate in limited benefits and paid time off. - Open to this role being a fully remote position. Role Description The Ad Council’s Insights & Analytics team is seeking a Campaign Analyst to support the measurement, interpretation, and strategic application of data across national, multi‑channel campaigns. This role goes beyond reporting to ensure data integrity, translate performance into decision-ready insights, and guide cross-functional teams on campaign optimization. What You’ll Do - Own evaluation and interpretation of performance data across channels for a defined set of campaigns within the broader portfolio. - Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria aligned to campaign objectives. - Lead analysis of performance trends, contextualizing results within campaign goals, constraints, and external factors. - Ensure measurement integrity by validating data accuracy, identifying gaps or limitations, and supporting reliable performance interpretation. - Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, while retaining accountability for analytical rigor and outputs. - Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations. - Synthesize performance trends and findings into clear narratives that inform stakeholder decisions and campaign optimization. - Apply judgment to interpret ambiguous or incomplete data, integrating multiple inputs to guide recommendations. - Conduct targeted analyses to support key campaign milestones, prioritizing business impact and decision relevance. - Oversee measurement implementation of digital products, including campaign websites and web apps, to ensure accurate tagging and data capture. - Serve as a trusted analytics partner, bringing data-informed perspective and strategic guidance to support campaign planning and stakeholder decisions. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in marketing, media, or digital analytics. - Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business implications. - Demonstrated experience with media and digital performance metrics and applying judgment in complex or ambiguous analytical scenarios. - Detail-oriented and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and measurement integrity. - Strong working proficiency in GA4, including acquisition, engagement, and conversion analysis. - Excel and PowerPoint expertise. - Experience with databases and BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio). - Familiarity with Google Tag Manager preferred but not required. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through insights. - Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, openness to feedback, and willingness to incorporate input to continuously improve outputs and effectiveness. About the opportunity: We are seeking a Manager, Creators for Good to support influencer strategy and execution for 3-5 campaigns. In this role, you will manage or support 3-5 concurrent trusted messenger activations with minimal oversight. Your primary role as the Manager, Creators for Good is the full-service execution of trusted messenger and influencer activations on behalf of Ad Council and its co-branded client campaigns including: influencer strategy and brief development, sourcing, influencer or network outreach, brand safety vetting, copywriting, content development, review and approval, paid amplification strategy and execution, stakeholder coordination, measurement, analytics and cross-functional collaboration. Compensation and Engagement: This role is a temporary contract employee position to provide coverage during an employee’s parental leave. This means that, while the position is at all times one of “at will employment”, the Ad Council anticipates at present that the employment length would be from June 2026 to October 2026. The compensation for this position is within the range of $6,250 - $6,500 monthly (depending on experience). Contract employees will be eligible to participate in limited benefits and paid time off. We are also open to this role being a fully remote position. What You’ll Do: - Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for dedicated campaigns that will be informed by campaign messaging and target audience definition - Independently oversee all aspects of influencer campaign execution including: creator sourcing, vetting, outreach, brief development, creative content development, campaign launch, and comprehensive measurement, analysis and reporting, and all campaign-related administrative tasks. - Build & foster relationships with cross-functional teammates across the Ad Council to ensure Creators for Good programs deliver campaign impact and meet or exceed client goals. - Consult with existing and potential clients on influencer marketing opportunities - Stay abreast of relevant current events, cultural moments, and industry trends to identify new and innovative opportunities or trusted messenger partnerships for campaigns. - Manage external influencer network vendors when applicable and oversee all aspects of the partnership, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. - Leverage data and insights provided by the internal Insights and Analytics team and monitor emerging news about campaign causes and issues to identify opportunities to break into the conversation. - Independently manage campaign budgets, internal accounting, and vendor invoicing, ensuring all activations are executed within budget and all vendors or creators are paid on-time.
