• Support the delivery of capital projects across commercial real estate, healthcare, and data center sectors • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors • Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and assess quality compliance • Prepare and maintain project documentation • Contribute to the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations • Support project governance processes • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement

• Lead multiple large-scale projects across real estate, healthcare, and mission-critical environments. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks. • Ensure alignment with client goals and track performance using KPIs and metrics. • Oversee design, construction, and closeout phases across diverse project types. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. • Supervise multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors. • Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Execute compliance programs end-to-end • Manage multi-phase compliance programs from planning through implementation and monitoring, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards. • Drive day-to-day execution across Legal, Product, Engineering, Hardware, Operations, and Marketing teams, keeping workstreams aligned and moving forward. • Identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate strategic decisions or novel compliance questions to senior leadership. • Convert complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable work plans, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Hardware teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing approaches that satisfy compliance obligations. • Manage compliance projects beyond hardware, including marketplace obligations, consumer protection requirements, feature-specific compliance needs, and jurisdiction-specific rules. • Set up and run program governance mechanisms (working groups, status meetings, RACI matrices) to drive decisions and maintain momentum. • Create and maintain program documentation: requirement specifications, process maps, decision logs, risk registers, and status reports.

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes. • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and Engineering by building strong partnerships and influencing without authority. • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate options, surface tradeoffs, and recommend data-backed paths forward. • Provide clear status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and program sponsors.
