Partner Manager, Partner Development Representative – LATAM

• Identify, research, and prospect net-new MSPs, resellers, and strategic partners • Execute a consistent outbound motion (30–50 touches/week) • Own the full partner funnel: sourcing → outreach → discovery → signed agreements • Turn signed partners into active revenue contributors • Lead onboarding, enablement sessions, and co-selling activities • Join partner sales calls and support live deal cycles with end customers • Own relationships with current partners (e.g., distributors and resellers) • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs), pipeline reviews, and co-marketing initiatives • Drive accountability for partner-generated pipeline and results • Provide insights on pricing, positioning, and product needs • Identify new ecosystem opportunities (BPOs, HR platforms, distributors, etc.) • Track all partner activity and deals in HubSpot • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting • Ensure partner contribution to ARR is measurable and auditable
• Create product videos and motion assets (walkthroughs, feature clips, explainers) from concept to final delivery. • Design web motion experiences (hero loops, micro-interactions, hover states) aligned with our design system. • Produce high-performing creatives for experiments (A/B tests across formats, durations, and messaging). • Deliver multi-format assets for web and paid channels, ensuring consistency across breakpoints and platforms. • Handle art finalization for digital deliverables (exports, formats, performance optimization, accessibility). • Collaborate with Web/Front-end teams on implementation (Lottie, SVG, motion specs). • Maintain organized libraries, templates, and reusable components. • QA assets across devices, browsers, and formats to ensure quality and performance. • Contribute to motion guidelines and system consistency. • Partner with Marketing to iterate based on performance insights (e.g., engagement, click-through).

• Join Sales and Success calls to answer technical questions, assist with setup, and guide customers through complex implementations. • Handle escalations from Sales, Success, and Support, including tickets, emails, calls, and screenshares. • Troubleshoot advanced issues involving APIs, MSI deployments, networking, MDM configuration, and integrations. • Provide clear and empathetic explanations that help customers understand solutions and next steps. • Diagnose complex technical issues and determine root causes. • Document findings, patterns, and solutions to improve internal knowledge and reduce repeat escalations. • Assist large customers with onboarding, especially those with extensive user bases or advanced deployment needs. • Help customers adopt features such as silent installation, Hubstaff’s API, tool integration, and payroll. • Develop scalable onboarding content that simplifies adoption, shortens time to value, and decreases support demand from end users. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer experiences. • Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support customers via email and live chat (Intercom) • Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in a clear, friendly way • Escalate more complex cases and ensure follow-ups happen on time • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements • Collaborate with a global, remote support team

• Own and evolve the frontend architecture of our Astro + Vue 3 website. • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX concepts into maintainable, accessible, and responsive code. • Extend and refine our integrations with Payload CMS and other self-hosted headless CMS platforms, defining reusable content structures and dynamic components. • Implement performant, SEO-friendly static rendering strategies using Astro’s hybrid rendering model. • Continuously improve site performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, caching strategies). • Support and maintain our self-hosted WordPress resources, ensuring reliability, security, and seamless integration with the broader site ecosystem. • Coordinate updates and integrations between WordPress and our static site infrastructure when needed. • Document and maintain developer and content-editor workflows for consistent implementation. • Introduce and maintain automated frontend testing and CI/CD improvements. • Stay up to date with frontend best practices, accessibility, and emerging frameworks.
