Role Description As a developer for the US Census Bureau, you will design, develop, and maintain the highly complex routing and scheduling algorithms that power the Mojo field operations control system. You will architect modular, scalable optimization services capable of handling both massive batch schedules and real-time, on-demand routing. • You will lead the development of Recare’s Operator, our agent that delivers AI-generated clinical output to hospital systems by operating their existing software the way a human would—no bespoke interface required. • You will own that bridge end-to-end: both the agentic, computer-use automation at the front and the integration backbone behind it. • You will set the technical direction for computer-use automation and integrations across the board: architecture, standards, and roadmap. • You will ensure reliable data flows between hospital systems and Recare products, regardless of the interface. • You will be the team’s technical backbone and escalation point, setting the standard for clarity, speed, and delivery. • You will push the frontier of agentic, computer-use automation: deciding where model-driven approaches outperform deterministic ones, and making them fast, reliable, and cost-efficient for production. • You will make it work in the real world, ensuring robustness across the messy realities of hospital IT—even if that requires close customer collaboration. • You will build full-stack and stay hands-on, from the desktop agent to the APIs and telemetry around it, remaining close to the code. • You will partner with product teams to turn ambiguous problems into shippable plans, and you will go on-site with customers when required to get integrations working. • You will invest in the observability foundations that make production systems trustworthy.

• Own the iOS roadmap for the Transaction Platform team—partnering with PM and Design to define what we build and why, identifying opportunities (including where AI can add leverage), and steering the strategy rather than only executing it. • Deliver features end to end: technical design and clean architecture, implementation, phased rollout, observability to confirm impact, and on-call/incident response when needed. • Make sound product-technical tradeoffs—balancing complexity, customer value, timelines, and risk; decide when to prototype vs. build for the long term; and verify that launches move the right metrics. • Continuously improve the codebase—reduce tech debt, modernize legacy components, and create reusable abstractions that accelerate development for the entire iOS surface area. • Serve as the primary iOS point of contact across partner teams—unblock integrations, uphold best practices, and provide guidance on architecture, performance, and platform conventions.

• Develop, maintain, and improve the DragonVale mobile game client for iOS and Android • Work within an established C++ codebase to implement new features, improve existing systems, and support live game updates • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, QA, production, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and improvements • Debug and resolve client-side issues related to gameplay, UI, performance, stability, content setup, and platform-specific behaviour • Support live operations by investigating production issues, preparing fixes, and helping ensure smooth releases • Work with QA to identify risks, reproduce issues, and define testing needs for new features and game updates • Contribute to improvements in internal tools, workflows, and content pipelines where they impact the client development process • Review code, share technical knowledge, and help maintain high engineering standards within the team • Take ownership of client-side systems and features, from implementation through release and post-release support
