• Support our portfolio of mobile games and be responsible for planning, coordinating, validating, and executing client builds and asset patches. • Be the central point of coordination between engineering, product, and design teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. • Conduct QA testing on client-side features and release candidates against defined test plans to identify and resolve bugs before release. • Review and assess client build requests. • Collaborate with members of the engineering organization to prioritize build requests. • Maintain a forward-looking release calendar for stakeholders' visibility. • Operate internal tools to generate client builds and content updates for release. • Execute release rollouts and monitor key vitals throughout the deployment window. • Maintain clear, accessible documentation for all release procedures.
• Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets including static ads, motion videos, app store screenshots, feature icons, trailers, and key art. • Develop marketing creative that adapts to different game genres, player segments, and platform requirements. • Generate fresh, innovative campaign ideas that resonate with global audiences and reflect emerging trends in entertainment, gaming, and pop culture. • Pitch creative concepts and translate campaign strategy into compelling visual assets. • Partner with UA and analytics teams to create data-informed iterations of creatives based on A/B test results, click-through rates, and install data. • Use insights to refine visuals and drive performance across paid channels. • Lead visual strategy and execution for App Store and Google Play assets, including icons, screenshots, and trailers. • Optimize asset variations to improve store conversion rates and feature-readiness. • Ensure all visual materials maintain brand integrity while adapting to different campaign goals, audiences, and media formats. • Uphold and evolve visual standards across all touchpoints. • Work cross-functionally with Game Teams, UA Managers, and Product Marketing to align on messaging, priorities, and goals. • Present work, incorporate feedback, and manage timelines across multiple stakeholders. • Provide feedback and guidance to junior creatives and freelancers. • Proactively explore new creative formats, including AR ads, playable units, TikTok-first content, and platform-native innovations.
• You are part of our support team and take care of the electronic data processing • You're the first point of contact for our customers, processing incoming e-mails and responding to customer questions and inquiries in an efficient and effective manner • Supporting the team in executing and optimizing all processes within the customer service department
• Own the Live Operations strategy and execution for one or more portfolio mobile game titles • Drive the planning, design, and iteration of in-game events, sales, and promotions to maximize engagement and monetization • Define, create, and continuously optimize game content (e.g. events, level progression tuning, offers, balancing) • Act as Product Owner for a cross-functional remote team, aligning all disciplines towards performance and LiveOps goals • Lead data-driven iteration cycles, using player behavior and KPIs to continuously improve game performance • Monitor, analyze, and act on key business and gameplay metrics (e.g. retention, engagement, monetization) • Develop a deep understanding of player motivations, progression systems, and difficulty curves across casual/puzzle games • Report on game performance, LiveOps impact, and forecasts to the Head of Studio • Ensure consistent execution and quality of LiveOps pipelines and content delivery • Assess and optimize existing game systems and core loops, with a strong focus on extracting maximum value from mature titles
