• Own the iOS roadmap for the Transaction Platform team—partnering with PM and Design to define what we build and why, identifying opportunities (including where AI can add leverage), and steering the strategy rather than only executing it. • Deliver features end to end: technical design and clean architecture, implementation, phased rollout, observability to confirm impact, and on-call/incident response when needed. • Make sound product-technical tradeoffs—balancing complexity, customer value, timelines, and risk; decide when to prototype vs. build for the long term; and verify that launches move the right metrics. • Continuously improve the codebase—reduce tech debt, modernize legacy components, and create reusable abstractions that accelerate development for the entire iOS surface area. • Serve as the primary iOS point of contact across partner teams—unblock integrations, uphold best practices, and provide guidance on architecture, performance, and platform conventions.

Qualifications - At least 1 year experience in Databricks (Preferred). - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required). - A Master’s degree is preferred. - At least 5 years of relevant experience in a data engineering role, with a proven track record in sophisticated BI and data warehouse development projects (Required). - Expert knowledge of SQL and experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, and modern data warehousing solutions like BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift (Required). - Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (Required). - Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend) and understanding of data modeling principles (Required). - Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex data challenges (Required). - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across team and department boundaries (Required). - Healthcare industry experience preferred. - Fundamental understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization (Required). - Requires experience with SharePoint, and Office 365 products (Required). - Experience working in an Agile environment with Azure DevOps is a plus.
