Role Description Care Companion (part of Healios) is a digital platform that supports neurodivergent children and young people (ages 6–18) and their families. We are building a large library of accessible, neuro-affirmative content — guides, prompts, modules and courses — and we are looking for copywriters to help create it. You will turn clinically-reviewed material into clear, warm, age-appropriate resources, written for different audiences and ready to be built into interactive content. Key Responsibilities - Write content for different audiences — younger children (6–11), older children (12–15), young people (16–18) and parents or carers — pitching tone, vocabulary and pacing for each, in a warm, human house voice. - Apply a neuro-affirmative, strengths-based approach consistently, and write to the Care Companion brand and voice guidelines. - Produce content to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA): plain language, meaningful alt text, and clear structure. - Storyboard resources for interactive delivery — including video and animation — to a standard a builder or producer can work from. - Work with clinical subject-matter experts to shape each resource, produce first drafts for clinical review, and make revisions. - Handle safety-sensitive topics with care, within agreed editorial guardrails, escalating clinical questions to the clinical lead and content or scope questions to the content manager. - Keep your work organised and version-controlled, and flag assumptions and open questions clearly. Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience. - Experience creating copy using neuroaffirmative language for neurodivergent children, young people and families. - Demonstrable copywriting for distinct audiences and reading levels, ideally including children, young people or families. - Able to hold a defined brand voice and write to a style guide. - Confident writing to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA). - Comfortable storyboarding for interactive and multimedia delivery, and quick to learn a no-code authoring platform. - Works fluently within a review-and-sign-off process and version control. - Self-starting and autonomous - can take a brief and run with it without close supervision. - A genuine team player - collaborates well with colleagues and clinicians, and takes review well. - Organised and accountable - manages multiple versions and deadlines. Requirements - Lived or professional experience of neurodivergence; familiarity with neuro-affirmative language. - A script sensibility for short video or animation. - Experience in health, education or another regulated content environment. - Hands-on experience with Cogniss or a comparable no-code learning platform. Diversity and Inclusion “Do the right thing” is one of our core Healios values. And building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported is absolutely the right thing to do. Whether we’re developing a new service line or enhancing one of our products, we need people with different skills, backgrounds, identities and perspectives to ensure our innovations will work for the children and young people we are here to serve. By embracing diversity, we can deliver better care experiences and outcomes, while tackling the inequalities in healthcare provision that exist today. Safer Recruitment & Pre-Employment Checks Healios ensures that supporting people to be safe is at the heart of our work and a key priority across all areas of the organisation. We will do our absolute best to keep the people that we support safe from harm. This starts with our recruitment processes. As part of our pre-employment checks, all employees of Healios will be asked to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Dependent on your role within the business, this will either be an Enhanced or Basic. A Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be required. You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.

Role Description Come and join the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world, and write for the founder building the sharpest operator brand in the space. The voice already exists. It is defined, documented, and unmistakable. Your core focus is scripting LinkedIn and Twitter across every content pillar, at volume, without it ever reading like a content calendar and without it ever reading like AI. From there you will write Instagram video scripts and help shape where the personal brand goes next. This is not a role for someone who needs a brief for every post. It is for a writer who reads the founder's world, catches what is worth saying before anyone else does, helps steer the direction, and says it in his voice better than he would have. Qualifications - Proven experience ghostwriting for a founder, executive, or personal brand. Portfolio required, this one is non negotiable. - Comfortable writing across platforms and shaping the voice to each: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram video scripts. - Able to help direct a personal brand, not just take orders, and to write confidently across every content pillar. - A real grasp of direct response and what makes a person stop and read. - Native level English is essential. German is a bonus, not a requirement. Content is English only for now. - Daily, fluent use of Claude, already built into how you work. - Strong research instincts. You find the angle before the feed does. - Speed, plus the discipline to kill your own weak drafts before anyone sees them. - Hunger to learn the DTC and Google Ads world if you do not already live in it. Requirements - Script LinkedIn and Twitter in the founder's voice across every content pillar: Google Ads and direct response thought leadership, the ecommerce operator perspective, agency building, business philosophy, and personal brand. - Write Instagram video scripts, and grow into other formats over time. - Help shape the direction and content pillars of the personal brand alongside the founder. - Research what is moving across DTC, direct response, and the wider space, and turn it into timely content before the feed catches up. - Work alongside the content team to keep voice and calendar tight. - Use Claude to produce at volume while knowing the difference between AI leverage and AI slop. Benefits - Fully remote. Work from anywhere, with flexible hours. - A seat inside a premium agency managing nine figures in ad spend, working a voice most writers will never get access to. - A small, senior, global team with no bureaucracy and no busywork. - Direct access to the founder and to work that actually stretches you. - Weekly personal mentoring directly from the founder himself. - Paid time off. - A wellness bonus. - Team retreats and workations. How to apply Send three pieces of writing you are proud of, and one line on why generic content makes you uncomfortable. If you have ghostwritten for someone, show the work and tell us it was yours. Strong submissions move to a short written assessment, then a conversation. We can spot an AI written application instantly, and it goes straight in the bin. Show us your actual writing. Good luck.
