Job Description

District Sales Manager – Dermatology

Regeneron

• Responsible for hiring, leading, developing, and retaining Dermatology Medical Specialists • Ensure strong sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations • Collaborate closely with Alliance partner counterparts • Develop and retain key personnel within the district • Comply with all Regeneron policies and procedures governing promotion of pharmaceutical products

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience
  • 3 years of sales leadership/management experience
  • Dermatology market experience preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Proven success and positive track record as a District Sales Manager
  • Strong understanding of Payer environment, reimbursement, and challenges
