• Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, focusing on mid-market accounts • Engage technical buyers, guiding them through the evaluation process • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n • Refine and shape our US sales motion alongside leadership • Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping to build the foundation for future growth.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar)
- Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products
- Track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline
- Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment
- Bonus points: Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage.
- Based in Boston, New York or Texas.

Role Description This role is responsible for owning, retaining, and growing large, complex Enterprise and Government accounts by driving significant expansion of ARR and durable NRR performance.
