Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

• Lead Financial Modeling and Valuation: Execute sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses to provide senior executives and the Board of Directors with actionable insights for transaction decision-making. • Coordinate Strategic Due Diligence: Collaborate with internal project teams and external partners to manage due diligence activities, acquisition pipelines, and internal reporting to ensure seamless deal closures. • Support Transaction Execution: Assist in deal structuring and negotiations while ensuring all transaction retrospective analyses and competitive intelligence research comply with organizational standards.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in finance or business administration, with a strong preference for direct experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
  • Advanced technical expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), with familiarity in Google Suite being a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity by prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously and interfacing effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
