• Develop, record and publish online training for consultants and assigned professionals • Structure and maintain documentation for projects, environments and clients to optimize onboarding • Create client-specific content, ensuring personalization and consistency • Curate training materials, validating quality and applicability • Track and monitor the training history of employees and clients • Support the definition of learning paths and development plans • Periodically update content, aligning it with the company’s strategic needs • Act as a reference for corporate learning methodologies and Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • Proven experience in corporate training, preferably in technology companies or consulting firms
  • Experience with E-learning platforms (Learning Management System – LMS)
  • Skilled in developing instructional materials (workbooks, videos, manuals, presentations)
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies (Andragogy)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced English is desirable
