Job Description
Corporate Development & M&A Analyst – Dermatology
Integrated Dermatology
• Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets. • Build and maintain detailed financial models (e.g., pro formas, valuations, ROI analysis). • Assist in due diligence processes including data room organization, document review, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Support the development of business cases for new market entries and de novo opportunities, including site selection research and provider recruitment efforts. • Research competitive landscapes, referral patterns, demographics, and market saturation in target regions. • Analyze macro and micro trends in dermatology and adjacent physician specialties. • Track pipeline activity and develop internal reporting dashboards. • Perform market outreach and lead generation. • Partner with finance, legal, operations, and clinical teams throughout the deal lifecycle. • Help prepare board presentations, investor updates, and internal growth strategy materials. • Contribute to relationship-building with prospective partners and practice owners through market outreach and conference participation.
Job Requirements
- MBA required (recent graduate or up to 2 years post-graduation)
- 2+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, consulting, healthcare M&A, private equity, or corporate development (preferably within healthcare services)
- Strong analytical skills and experience building dynamic financial models
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior leadership
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data/BI tools.

• Perform financial based analysis and underwriting of credits which is used by the bank to assess risk and monitor existing credits to entities or individuals. • Generate financial spreads, or oversee and review spreads prepared by Analyst I or II within the bank lending operating system (nCino) using financial statements to find and review trends. • Create spreadsheets designed to quantify borrower's personal, global, and real estate cash flows/project analysis on an accurate and timely basis. • Create credit memos and annual reviews, as defined in current department procedures. • Attend loan committee meetings when directed by management. • Provide guidance and assistance in mentoring Analyst I & II as directed by Regional Manager. • Engage Analyst I or II to assist in tasks related to analysis of the credits or relationships and provide oversight of work product to ensure work product is accurate and delivered within necessary time frame to complete overall analysis. • Act as back up the Regional Manager or other CA leader in the review of work product performed by other Analyst's on the team. • Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
