• Provide Level 2 support to users of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), ACM (Agricultural Contract Management), CM (Commodity Management) and Broker modules, investigating and resolving incidents and functional issues escalated from Level 1. • Perform detailed root-cause analyses for complex issues in sales processes, agricultural contract management, commodity management and brokerage. • Configure and adjust the SAP SD, ACM, CM and Broker modules to meet business needs and correct defects, following best practices and established IT governance. • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements or fixes requiring ABAP development, working together with the Level 3 team. • Actively participate in functional and integrated testing of new configurations, enhancements or fixes implemented. • Provide support and guidance to Key Users and Level 1 analysts, sharing knowledge and assisting with more complex queries. • Keep process and solution documentation up to date in the knowledge base and in Jira. • Monitor the performance of business processes supported by the SAP SD, ACM, CM and Broker modules, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. • Collaborate with project teams on SAP S/4HANA evolution initiatives and related satellite systems within your areas of expertise. • Ensure compliance with defined SLAs for ticket handling and resolution.

• Develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents using Python and CrewAI/CrewAI Enterprise. • Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows to automate corporate processes. • Publish, deploy, and manage agents in CrewAI Enterprise environments. • Develop custom tools integrating REST APIs, databases, and messaging (Service Bus). • Implement advanced Prompt Engineering strategies, agent memory systems, RAG, and inter-agent collaboration. • Work on integrations between agents and enterprise systems. • Develop asynchronous code using async/await. • Participate in troubleshooting, observability, and performance optimization of agents in production. • Create automated tests to ensure solution quality and stability. • Use Git for version control following GitFlow best practices and Azure DevOps. • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with global teams in English.

• Desenvolver, customizar e manter aplicações móveis Android e IOS utilizando o SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK) • Realizar deploy da aplicação SAP Service & Asset Manager (SSAM) • Realizar configurações técnicas via Mobile Services(Destinations, Security Params e Offline Configurations) • Aplicação de notas via patch • Criação de customização de artefatos MDK: Pages, Rules, Actions e Services • Produzir documentação técnica e funcional conforme os padrões da empresa e/ou do cliente.

• Projetar, desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados de ponta a ponta, garantindo escalabilidade, performance e confiabilidade. • Atuar em parceria com equipes de ciência de dados e áreas de negócio para compreender requisitos e traduzir necessidades analíticas em soluções técnicas eficientes. • Implementar e otimizar processos de ingestão, transformação e integração de dados provenientes de diversas fontes. • Desenvolver e manter soluções em ambientes de nuvem (preferencialmente Azure), utilizando frameworks e ferramentas modernas de processamento. • Contribuir para a governança e qualidade dos dados, promovendo boas práticas de versionamento, documentação e automação de pipelines. • Participar da definição de arquitetura de dados, incluindo modelagem, data lakes e data warehouses. • Apoiar a evolução contínua das práticas de engenharia de dados, fomentando inovação e melhoria de processos.
