Role Description We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Development Partner who can help expand our client base by identifying companies with hiring needs and building relationships with decision-makers. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity designed for someone who understands recruitment, enjoys business development, and has experience generating new business. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, use your preferred prospecting methods, and earn based on the clients you bring in. Responsibilities - Identify and connect with companies that need recruitment support. - Build relationships with founders, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers. - Generate leads through your own network, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and other channels. - Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring needs. - Introduce companies to BrightSelf’s recruitment solutions. - Manage your own business development pipeline. Qualifications - Experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, or HR services. - Proven B2B business development or consultative sales experience. - Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building relationships. - Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, or similar. - Self-driven, independent, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
