Role Description We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate – Delivery Operations to support the Delivery Excellence function through effective operational coordination, staffing data management, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional activities that drive accurate cost allocation, workforce visibility, and business insights for senior leadership. - Manage and maintain accurate operational data across internal systems, including CRM/Dossier, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Execute resource allocation and cost allocation activities while reconciling project information against Statements of Work (SoW) and billing systems. - Act as a primary coordination point between Client Partners (CPs), Offshore Staffing Teams, and FinOps for operational and administrative processes. - Support project setup activities, financial data validation, and resource deployment tracking to ensure seamless delivery operations. - Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership and stakeholders with high accuracy and timeliness. - Ensure adherence to reporting standards, defined formats, and data quality requirements across all deliverables. - Collaborate effectively with multiple onshore and offshore support functions to streamline operational workflows and manage interdependencies. - Maintain strict governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards while handling sensitive employee and operational data. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, improving reporting efficiency, and enhancing data management processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative field. - 2–4 years of experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting organization. - Willingness to work predominantly in Eastern Time (ET/EST) hours to support collaboration with US/onshore teams, with flexibility for partial overlap with IST as required. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation, reporting, reconciliation, and operational tracking. - Proven ability to curate, validate, and manage large datasets with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to defined reporting formats. - Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation techniques to improve operational efficiency and streamline routine processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities. - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to perform rigorous follow-ups, audits, and data quality checks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, reconcile operational data, and resolve process-related issues effectively. - Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting strict timelines.
