• Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, expand Freshworks’ footprint in the the PH market, and exceed sales targets. • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closure—ensuring predictable outcomes and strong performance across key accounts. • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, identify complex business challenges, and position Freshworks as a strategic partner that delivers ROI and growth. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product) to deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. • Develop and maintain a strong, data-backed pipeline with accurate forecasting. • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations, representing Freshworks in customer engagements and industry events across Singapore. • Play a pivotal role in establishing Freshworks’ local presence—shaping go-to-market strategy, nurturing key partnerships, and contributing to the foundation of our long-term success in the PH region.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments, with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Skilled at managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management capabilities, backed by structured forecasting and disciplined execution.
  • Proficiency in solution selling of software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/Customer engagement solutions) that drive operational efficiency and business impact.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.
