• Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks. • Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date. • Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and build initial engagement. • Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions. • Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports. • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes. • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales department in a junior/assistant/researcher role.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students).
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data.
