Hustler Marketing
• Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design. • Design marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, including but not limited to: digital creative (blog, social media, and email marketing assets). • Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients. • Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards, ensuring a high level of quality, and establishing a consistent look and feel across materials.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working as a graphic designer, ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results.
- Solid understanding of design principles.
- Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m).
- Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri).
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be your native language).
- Previous remote work experience is a big advantage.
- Familiarity Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
- A Results-driven attitude every day.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn/adapt fast.
- Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership).
- A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
