• Stakeholder Management: Steward the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the platform-deployed machine learning applications. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the customers and ML engineers, translating technical requirements from different gaming-adjacent domains to Machine Learning. • Product Prioritization: Exhibit strong judgement in when to deploy off-the-shelf commercial solutions, customize open-source solutions, or initiate greenfield applied science research projects based on product needs.

• Report to the Senior Director, Engineering – NA Transmission and manage direct reports. • Travel up to 20% (domestic and international, including overnight stays). • Partner with Site Engineering Managers and Supervisors to support development of new engineers. • Develop standardized training programs for associate and design engineers. • Assess training needs and deliver training programs for engineers. • Provide leadership and technical support to team members and internal/external customers. • Lead performance management activities, including reviews, goal setting, development plans, mentoring, and succession planning. • Collaborate with the Engineering Systems team to improve systems and design tools by providing written specifications and testing for system enhancements. • Lead or support special technical projects as needed. • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement approved changes. • Deliver performance feedback and evaluate team members. • Support departmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. • Maintain effective coordination with cross-functional teams. • Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to manage tasks and initiatives. • Support recruitment and interviewing activities. • Assist engineers in resolving production and field issues.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage global SAP Logistics operations and build high-performing teams. You will have a significant impact on strategic initiatives, project delivery, and fostering client and stakeholder relationships. - Oversee a team of SAP professionals, providing leadership and direction for all SAP Logistics activities - Recruit, develop, and guide top-performing SAP Logistics teams across various global locations - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, staffing, performance evaluation, career growth, and compensation - Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at advancing SAP Logistics capabilities and organizational growth - Collaborate with IT and business teams to design proposals and create project statements of work - Maintain direct communication with customers, ensuring high-quality delivery, team performance, and adherence to project schedules - Stay up to date with SAP Logistics best practices and ensure their implementation across operations Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Engineering roles - Minimum of 2 years in leadership or management positions, such as Lead, Manager, Architect, or Coordinator - At least 1 year of experience managing teams of 5 or more employees - Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations or experience launching a product or core capability to market - Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Logistics (SCM), with practical experience in implementation and functionality - Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients Requirements - Certifications in SAP Logistics modules such as SCM or related areas (nice to have)
