Role Description We are currently seeking a Manager, Operations Finance to join our team on a full-time basis, location flexible across Australia Eastern Seaboard. Acting as a true Business Partner, you will be the key contact for our APAC operational and manufacturing leadership team, providing timely, accurate and insightful financial insights. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills, who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Director, Finance & Analytics APAC, your key responsibilities would include: - Business Partnering: - Deliver necessary insights to the management team through analysis, modelling & building of recommendations that will improve the financial performance of the business. - Own the preparation and submittal of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests that are significant to the region and require regional leadership and corporate approval, providing comprehensive financial analysis and justification for proposed investments. - Build a capital management/monitoring program for all CAPEX, including the build of regular forecast updates, annual budgets and long term strategic plan inputs. - Process development to drive working capital improvements, notably through inventory. - Planning & Reporting: - Perform financial performance reviews with the management team, focused on all areas of operational activity and variances as well as working capital and capex. - Develop a reporting framework aimed at delivering consistent operational metrics across APAC. - Identify key financial risks and opportunities and developing appropriate countermeasures and action plans. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is typically required. - Professional Certification (preferred): CPA (Certified Practising Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant) is highly regarded. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software, databases, and analytical tools. - Ability to consolidate, analyze, and report financial and operational metrics accurately and timely. - A willingness to undertake occasional travel within the Asia Pacific region is required. Engineering Manager – Training and Standards

• Report to the Senior Director, Engineering – NA Transmission and manage direct reports. • Travel up to 20% (domestic and international, including overnight stays). • Partner with Site Engineering Managers and Supervisors to support development of new engineers. • Develop standardized training programs for associate and design engineers. • Assess training needs and deliver training programs for engineers. • Provide leadership and technical support to team members and internal/external customers. • Lead performance management activities, including reviews, goal setting, development plans, mentoring, and succession planning. • Collaborate with the Engineering Systems team to improve systems and design tools by providing written specifications and testing for system enhancements. • Lead or support special technical projects as needed. • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement approved changes. • Deliver performance feedback and evaluate team members. • Support departmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. • Maintain effective coordination with cross-functional teams. • Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to manage tasks and initiatives. • Support recruitment and interviewing activities. • Assist engineers in resolving production and field issues.
• Small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS) Pilots are responsible for piloting high end drone systems used for aerial inspections of transmission line structures, among other applications • As the Pilot in Command, the sUAS Pilot has ultimate say in ensuring safe flight operations in the field • The pilot also will document environmental conditions and known hazards, and coordinate with the project manager or other Valmont personnel to confirm aircraft deconfliction notice filings with customers and the FAA • UAS Pilots must be able to safely operate drones in close quarters and be able to execute emergency landing procedures in the event of signal loss or other danger (e.g., sudden high winds) • They will be required to learn and adhere to specific flight SOPs for aerial inspections and for operating within specified weather conditions to ensure safety • This position reports to the Principal Pilot and has no direct or indirect reports • This role requires heavy travel (60-95%), including overnight stays, to the location of specified UAS projects • Communicate clearly and directly with the camera operator (and VO) throughout the duration of each flight • Respond immediately to any issues with the drone, whether experienced personally or identified by the camera operator or VO • Maintain awareness of surroundings and known hazards at all times during flight operations • Examine all gear (drone, props, controllers, monitors, batteries) prior to each flight and pause operations if anomalies are found • Clean all gear upon return to main office at the end of each day and return items to correct locations for safe storage • Maintain daily crew flight and inspection activity logs
• This position reports to the IT Manager, CRM and has no direct or indirect reports. No travel requirements for this role. • Full stack Iron Python developer and responsible for delivering complete technology solutions which may include configuration, business/logic layer code, front end UI and code deployment in SAP CPQ Cloud (previously known as Callidus CPQ). • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to produce technology solutions for prioritized business problems. • Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes. • Experience with performance tuning of SAP CPQ Cloud for business needs. • Transform requirements and specifications into high functioning technology solutions. • Integrate SAP CPQ to ERP, CRM and PLM Business Suites. • Build and test high quality code to ensure it produces the desired results and perform debugging when necessary. • Identify maintenance needs and perform upgrades to systems for security and efficiency. • Create detailed system documentation for internal use.
• Support and continuously improve the supplier-related elements of the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, standards, and documentation. • Serve as the primary quality liaison between suppliers, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations when supplier-related quality issues impact product or process performance. • Lead supplier nonconformance investigations using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) and statistical tools as appropriate. • Develop, implement, and verify supplier corrective and preventive actions (SCAR/CAPA) and ensure sustained effectiveness. • Plan, conduct, and support supplier audits and assessments for supplier qualification, development, and ongoing performance evaluation. • Support supplier selection and onboarding by assessing quality system maturity, risk, and compliance with company and customer requirements. • Drive APQP and PPAP activities, including review and approval of PFMEAs, control plans, process flow diagrams, capability studies, gage R&R, SPC, and part layouts. • Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure quality requirements, CTQs, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and communicated for new and existing products. • Lead or participate in supplier risk assessments for new product introductions and design or process changes. • Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and KPIs (e.g., PPM, on-time delivery, PPAP performance, audit results) and communicate trends, risks, and improvement plans. • Identify and execute opportunities to reduce cost of poor quality, including scrap, rework, returns, and inefficiencies in the supply chain. • Support internal, external, and customer audits by providing objective evidence and driving timely closure of findings. • Facilitate effective cross-functional communication; influence decisions using data, facts, and sound quality principles. • Prepare clear written and verbal communication, including reports, presentations, and supplier feedback. • Provide quality and technical guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders on tools, methods, and best practices. • Ability to travel as business needs require (typically +50%)

Position Summary The Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator – Regional supports the execution of regional continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Regional CI Manager, this role serves as a traveling execution leader responsible for driving structured improvement events, supporting site-level CI Managers, and assisting in the deployment of standardized operational excellence systems.
