• Own the end-to-end project management for all major campaigns and initiatives. • Build and manage the master campaign calendar. • Break big initiatives into workstreams, set milestones, assign owners, and track progress. • Run campaign kickoffs, weekly standups, and post-mortems. • Manage Entreprenista's ClickUp workspace as the single source of truth for all projects and tasks. • Build and maintain ClickUp spaces, folders, lists, views, automations, and dashboards. • Create standardized project templates for repeatable campaigns and launches. • Coordinate deliverables, handoffs, and dependencies between teams. • Support event logistics project management for Founders Weekend and other flagship events. • Hold every team member accountable to their deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Proven project management experience across multiple simultaneous projects: ideally 3-5+ years at a digital media company, agency, startup, or membership/community business.
- Advanced ClickUp expertise.
- An obsession with deadlines and the discipline to make it easy for others to hit theirs.
- Preferred PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
- Experience with our broader tech stack: HubSpot, Samcart, ClickUp, Stripe, Klaviyo, Webflow, Circle, Slack, Zapier.
- Background in event production or event project management.
- Experience building SOPs and operational documentation from scratch.
- Familiarity with AI-powered project management tools and workflow automations.
- Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and founders.

Qualifications - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in logistics, HR, and travel coordination. - Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not required. - Excellent coordination and communication skills. - Highly proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
