Role Description We’ve built something real at Entreprenista: a loyal, growing community of women founders who trust us to show up for them. We have the audience, the products, and the momentum. What we need now is someone to help build the engine that connects those dots: the funnels, flows, and campaigns that turn attention into revenue and one-time buyers into long-term members. This role sits at the heart of our growth function, working in close partnership with the VP of Growth. You’ll be the primary driver of lifecycle strategy and execution, the person who knows our funnel inside out, owns the copy and campaigns, and brings sharp recommendations to the table. You won’t be operating in isolation; you’ll be part of a collaborative leadership dynamic where your expertise shapes the direction and your execution makes it real. If you’re a strong lifecycle marketer who does your best work when you’re close to strong leadership (not underneath it, but alongside it), this role was built for you. What You’ll Drive - Lifecycle strategy, as the primary architect: - Go-to person for acquiring, converting, and retaining our audience across email, SMS, and DM channels. - Develop segmentation strategy, propose funnel frameworks, and build sequencing logic that drives results. - Collaborate with the VP on funnel architecture and prioritization decisions. - Member retention, from first login to long-term loyalty: - Own the full member retention lifecycle. - Design and optimize onboarding flows for new members. - Build re-engagement and winback campaigns for at-risk or lapsed members. - Develop renewal sequences that reduce churn. - Create upsell and cross-sell journeys that grow member value over time. - Partner with the membership team on Circle engagement strategies. - Conversion copy, fully yours: - Own landing pages, sales pages, lead magnets, and automated email sequences. - Set the creative bar and write with a sharp conversion lens. - Develop a consistent voice across lifecycle touchpoints. - Performance: you surface it, we act on it together: - Own lifecycle reporting and monitor CVR, CTR, LTV, AOV, and engagement. - Run a structured testing program and bring data-backed recommendations to the VP. - Collaborate on prioritization based on performance data. - Campaign execution and systems: - Build and maintain campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo and ManyChat. - Manage weekly and monthly sends. - Ensure lifecycle systems are clean, documented, and scalable. - Identify tooling gaps and work with the broader team to improve data flow. - Cross-functional collaboration, shared and situational: - Work alongside Growth, Membership, Special Projects, Marketing, and Partnerships teams. - Relationship ownership varies by team; ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Qualifications - A proven track record in lifecycle marketing, with campaigns to point to. - 5+ years in lifecycle, email/SMS, or growth marketing. - Real experience with member or subscriber retention. - Experience building onboarding flows, renewal sequences, and winback campaigns. - Strong Klaviyo power user. - Ability to write copy that converts. - Data-fluent and recommendation-driven. - Thrive in a collaborative, high-trust dynamic. - Understanding of subscription and digital product businesses. - Ability to manage complexity without losing detail. - On the pulse of the latest AI tools for efficiency. Bonus Points - Hands-on experience with SamCart, Webflow, Circle, HubSpot, Zapier, Stripe, or ClickUp. - Experience designing multivariate tests and building structured testing roadmaps. - Familiarity with attribution modeling or multi-touch revenue analysis. - Experience with conversational marketing: ManyChat, Instagram DM flows, LinkedIn outreach. - Passion for and/or experience serving founders, creators, or small business communities. How We’ll Measure Success - Qualified list growth through high-converting opt-ins, lead magnets, and acquisition funnels. - Conversion rate improvement across the lifecycle funnel with quarterly targets. - Email and SMS engagement trending up through segmentation, personalization, and testing. - Revenue-generating funnels launched on time for new products, offers, and seasonal campaigns. - A testing program with documented learnings that build on each other over time. - Strong cross-functional alignment with fewer handoff gaps, faster execution, clearer communication. - A lifecycle function that becomes more scalable and less reliant on heroics over time.
