• Assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for personal lines of insurance • Processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations • Preparing and processing endorsement requests for submission to insurance carriers. • Verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums • Handling/processing policy cancellations, billing inquiries, and related issues • Work closely with Senior Insurance Managers for review and approval of endorsements and renewals • Provide exceptional client service and support policy retention efforts through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager – Entertainment

• Provides prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel • Collectively or independently plans, designs and implements appropriate insurance programs for clients • Maintains knowledge of new developments or changes with various carriers and new Federal/State laws • Provides technical support to Producers • Investigates, initiates and prepares necessary proposals and applications • Prepares summaries of insurance schedules and proposals for account review • Consults, informs and educates audit procedures to clients • Represents the agency in conjunction with producers in handling complaints and arbitrating disputes
• Serves as a key quality partner within Fortress Affinity Management • Responsible for strengthening release confidence and reducing production risk • Design and execute test strategies that validate application behavior against requirements • Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle • Partner with development teams to accelerate resolution • Support go/no-go readiness decisions ahead of production releases • Develops and maintains test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Executes primarily manual test coverage while supporting the expansion and maintenance of automated test suites • Validate release readiness and communicate go/no-go assessments to stakeholders • Maintain test documentation and quality artifacts, and report test results, defect trends, and quality metrics • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Service assigned client base to establish rapport for in-depth client relationship. • Coordinate workflow with assigned client service representative for clients and carriers. • Coordinate bid process for existing clients for supplemental and group health products. • Meet with clients for renewal process and make recommendations in the client's best interest. • Act as a liaison between the client and third-party vendors of clients. • Coordinate management of client accounts with HPS account team. • Prepare group meeting and enrollment materials for clients. • Plan, coordinate and conduct group meetings and employee enrollments. • Effect changes in benefit plans as needed by client. • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues (claims, eligibility, etc.) with third party vendors on behalf of client and their employees. • Maintain quick communication with client via email/Internet/voice. • Maintain awareness of new developments, changes with various carriers and new federal/state laws.
• Lead or support the full stop-loss placement process: data collection, market submissions, quote analysis, and recommendation. • Negotiate stop-loss contracts and renewals directly with carriers to ensure optimal pricing, terms, and coverage structures. • Serve as a stop-loss lead on new business opportunities and client transitions from fully insured to self-funded arrangements. • Oversee the stop-loss implementation process in coordination with TPAs and carrier partners, ensuring policies are issued accurately and on time. • Review and reconcile contracts, disclosures, ASO provisions, and reimbursement terms for alignment and accuracy. • Monitor large claims activity and work closely with TPAs and carriers to support timely reimbursement submissions and payments. • Manage a portion of the stop-loss book, including strategic guidance on renewals, plan design, captives, lasers, and risk mitigation strategies. • Help direct and manage workflow for junior team members or peers as assigned, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of client work. • Contribute to the development of standardized templates, reporting tools, and documentation procedures to improve efficiency and scale.
