Qualifications - Experience in solution architecture with at least 7 years in related roles. - Proven leadership experience in managing technical design and delivery teams. - Background in pre-sales support and solutioning for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform projects. - Advanced skills in at least two of the following: Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate. - Competency in prompt engineering and grounding techniques for Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID concepts at an intermediate level. - Understanding of Azure services, DevOps practices, and software development lifecycle processes. - Experience with application and data integration technologies such as APIs and OAuth. - Skills in programming with languages like C#, Python, or JavaScript. - Any Microsoft AI-related certification: AB-100, AB-730, AI-102/103, AI-200, or GH-300. - English language proficiency at an advanced level (B2+/C1).
