Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Solid demonstrated experience in project management, with a strong track record across the energy y/or oil and gas
- Proven experience leading complex international projects across multiple countries in Latin America and Europe
- Solid experience managing and executing contracts involving FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems), AIS (Air-Insulated Substations), and GIS (Gas-Insulated Substations)
- Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and execution-related requirements in large-scale infrastructure and energy projects
- Demonstrated ability to operate in multicultural and cross-functional environments
- Driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, contractual compliance, and operational performance across diverse regional contexts
- PMP certification
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
