Key Account Manager

• Establish and maintain long-lasting, trust-based relationships with key clients or a portfolio of clients. • Gain an in-depth understanding of key customer needs, challenges, and requirements to offer tailored solutions. • Continuously propose solutions that align with clients' objectives, driving growth and increasing business value. • Develop strong strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify opportunities for mutual value creation and synergy optimization. • Deploy and execute action plans defined by the Sales Manager to meet sales and customer objectives. • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the proper development and delivery of products and services that meet client specifications. • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by the Sales Manager to ensure the achievement of targets.
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in the role or similar: 3 years
- Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities
- Highest Education Level: Engineering or Economics Degree
