• Proactively manage project-level scientific aspects of clinical research projects, including study design, analysis, and evidence dissemination • Support the Clinical Science function in development of clinical evidence strategies • Work closely with internal (product management, regulatory, R&D, data management and biostatistics) and external (clinical thought leaders and other subject matter experts) stakeholders to ensure robustness of clinical findings and alignment of evidence to iRhythm strategic goals • Lead development of clinical study design and study protocols for prospective trials in support of market clearance and post-market clinical evidence. • Develop analysis plans and study protocols for targeted analysis of existing datasets, including prior device registrations and other real-world evidence • With data management and biostatistics, drive analysis and interpretation of prospective clinical data and real-world evidence • Lead evidence dissemination for clinical applications and product programs through a)scientific writing including drafting and submission of conference abstracts and peer-reviewed journal articles, b)development of poster and slides for scientific meetings, and c)collaboration with internal and external co-authors through steering committees, investigator meetings and 1-on-1 communication • Cross-functional support of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and regulatory teams, including development of US and Global regulatory-clinical documentation (e.g., CSRs, CERs) • Participate in review of external investigator-initiated research proposals for scientific merit and alignment with iRhythm objectives • Periodically provide updates on study progress, and with respect to project plan. • Partner with clinical research operations to ensure timeliness of clinical study execution, mitigation of project risks, and adherence to quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional and national commercial payers, government programs, and managed care organizations. • Support contract negotiations, reimbursement rate discussions, and payer credentialing processes. • Monitor and analyze payer policy changes, prior authorization trends, and reimbursement updates to provide strategic insights to internal teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate iRhythm’s value proposition to payers. • Assist in the execution of strategies to expand coverage and streamline reimbursement pathways. • Work with Revenue Cycle and Market Access teams to resolve payer-related coverage and reimbursement issues. • Track and report payer interactions, policy updates, and coverage trends to identify opportunities and risks. • Provide analytical support for payer performance metrics, reimbursement rates, and market access initiatives. • Assist in developing educational materials, presentations, and tools for internal and external stakeholders. • Partner with Government Affairs to track Medicare and Medicaid policy changes and assess their impact on iRhythm’s services.

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users. • Assist with maintaining models, dimensions, versions, levels, accounts, and security settings. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting cycles. • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors when needed. • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, sheets, and integrations. • Support system testing, enhancements, and release management activities. • Document system configurations, business processes, and support procedures. • Assist with administration and support of ERP finance-related modules and integrations. • Monitor data integrations between Adaptive Planning, ERP, and other financial applications. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities. • Support financial reporting tools and business intelligence solutions used by Finance and Accounting teams. • Help maintain master data and ensure consistency across financial systems. • Participate in finance systems enhancement projects and implementations.

• Ensure compliance with FDA cybersecurity guidance and regulations in collaboration with Cybersecurity, Regulatory, Quality, and Systems Development teams. • Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments, including Cybersecurity Risk Assessments (CSRAs), to identify vulnerabilities and threats across device hardware, firmware, software, and cloud components. • Develop and maintain device-specific cyber threat models, factoring in patient safety, data privacy, and operational continuity. • Demonstrate familiarity with Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and effectively communicate technical details. • Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation for pre- and post-market activities, ensuring regulatory alignment. • Produce detailed data flow diagrams to support the threat modeling process. • Participate in design reviews of medical device architectures and implementations, providing actionable recommendations for system security requirements. • Perform and support vulnerability analysis and coordinate the vulnerability management program, including scanning, patching, and remediation for medical devices. • Leverage and maintain application and threat detection tools (Veracode, Snyk, GitLab, or equivalent) to identify security flaws early in the SDLC. • Support investigation and remediation of device-related security incidents, minimizing impact and preventing recurrence. • Partner with the Privacy Team to ensure adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, and other data protection regulations.
