Role Description We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to help grow a busy dental practice and medspa through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role focuses on generating new business by: - Conducting outbound sales and marketing calls to local businesses - Introducing the dental practice and medspa services to prospective referral partners - Confidently representing the practice and communicating the value of its services - Building rapport and establishing professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers - Scheduling face-to-face meetings between the practice owner and local businesses - Generating referral opportunities for both the dental practice and medspa - Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective referral partners - Tracking outreach activities and appointment outcomes - Researching and contacting businesses located within a 5–6 mile radius of the practice - Maintaining an organized prospect pipeline - Providing regular updates on outreach progress and scheduled meetings - Supporting practice growth through consistent prospecting efforts This position has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity as the practice continues to grow.
