Your role at DynatraceAs the Regional Director of Enterprise Sales for the Southeast, you will be the driving force behind Dynatrace’s growth in one of our most strategic markets. We are looking for a strategic sales leader based in the Atlanta, GA area who excels at building a culture of successful sales reps, executing complex enterprise sales motions, and driving net-new logo acquisition. You will lead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives who are responsible for selling Dynatrace’s industry-leading AI-powered observability platform to large enterprise organizations. Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership: Develop your sales team by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and best practices. - Pipeline Management: Cultivate a sustainable product sales pipeline to meet forecasted revenue targets. - Forecasting & Operations: Drive pipeline and forecast cadence using Salesforce. - Strategic Territory Planning: Confidently create Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for the assigned Southeast territories. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leads in Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, Account Executives, Regional Directors, and Customer Success. - Market Intelligence: Monitor and provide feedback regarding competitor products and industry needs. What will help you succeedMinimum Requirements - HS diploma or GED. - 5+ years of experience in closing large enterprise software sales. Preferred Requirements - Leadership Experience: You have a few years of enterprise technology sales management experience and feel comfortable building and mentoring a team of successful sales hunters. - Sales Cycle Mastery: You have experience with the entire sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation, and closing—using a repeatable process. - Methodology Expertise: You possess MEDDIC experience and bring extensive consultative selling methodologies in managing sales cycles (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC). - Track Record of Success: You show a history of closing business opportunities consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota, with proven experience in generating sales revenue through new logo wins. - Drive & Execution: You are methodical, action-oriented, results-oriented, and confident in attaining revenue and performance goals. - Local Market Knowledge: Strong existing network and understanding of the enterprise market landscape in the Southeast, specifically out of the Atlanta hub.
