About the role:We are seeking an exceptional Provider Sales Director to join our Provider Partnerships team. This role will report to SVP, Provider Partnerships and is responsible for driving revenue growth for Garner’s Insights and Referrals solutions by selling directly into healthcare organizations and digital health companies. This role is a quota-carrying, individual contributor position and will play a critical role in expanding Garner’s provider-facing footprint and commercial momentum. Where you will work: Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ. What you will do: - Own revenue targets for Garner’s Insights and Referrals solutions across healthcare delivery organizations and digital health companies - Lead end-to-end sales execution, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, contracting, and close - Track, manage, and forecast sales pipeline and deal activity with a high degree of accuracy and discipline - Work closely with the SVP and cross-functional partners to share market feedback and support positioning, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives - Provide structured market feedback to inform product roadmap and future growth opportunities The ideal candidate has: - Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with clear ownership of revenue outcomes - Experience selling into healthcare delivery organizations, digital health companies, or provider-adjacent technology platforms - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, operational, and executive decision-makers - Strong executive presence and ability to clearly articulate a data-driven value proposition to external stakeholders - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability - A desire to be part of a mission-driven organization working to meaningfully improve the healthcare system - A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback. Compensation Transparency: The target total comp range for this position is $230,000 - $260,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
