Systems Analysis Advisor
The Cigna Group
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting and resolution of application issues. • Coordinate with upstream and downstream system owners to resolve incidents. • Monitor and optimize job performance to ensure adherence to established SLAs and OLAs. • Support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business processes. • Manage batch processing cycles, code deployments, and production release implementations. • Perform application health checks and proactively monitor system reliability. • Maintain application architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. • Identify, recommend, and implement automation opportunities. • Maintain comprehensive system and operational documentation. • Partner with software vendors to resolve hosted application issues. • Contribute to strategic initiatives and enterprise projects by providing technical expertise. • Plan, execute, and document disaster recovery testing. • Develop and deliver operational performance reports for leadership.
Job Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency in IBM Mainframe technologies with a minimum of 8 plus years of enterprise application development and support experience.
- Experience with TSO/ISPF, COBOL, JCL.
- Experience with Endevor and code quality management tools.
- Proven success supporting mission-critical applications, production operations.
- Strong understanding of integrations across mainframe, Oracle, and distributed platforms.
- Experience with enterprise job scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of industry-standard source control and software lifecycle management practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including SOX and CIP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation, organizational, time management, and relationship management skills.

• Responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of Occupational Health and Workers' Compensation programs • Provide subject matter expertise in medical surveillance, claims, and compliance • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote injury prevention and return-to-work strategies • Manage Workers' Compensation programs and case management for claims • Conduct annual reviews of claim trends and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
