Role Description As a Consultant, you'll support engagements focused on operational improvement, warehouse automation, network optimization, and supply chain strategy. You'll work inside a cross-functional consulting team — analyzing client operations, building data-driven recommendations, and helping projects land successfully. Qualifications - BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field (required). - 2–5 years of supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting experience (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with SQL or relational databases. - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (preferred). - Strong organizational skills — comfortable prioritizing multiple assignments and deadlines at once. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams. - A self-starter mindset: initiative, curiosity, and a genuine drive toward continuous improvement. - Professionalism, adaptability, and high ethical standards. • Communicate with customers to monitor inventories and anticipate their production needs and to schedule all necessary equipment to move waste by-products. • Arrange and negotiate third-party freight costs. • Monitor and maintain shipment status via computer system. • Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner. • Initiate calls to customers to set up deliveries. • Review pricing with the Sales and Marketing groups. • Develop interactive relationships with vendors, customers and outside freight carriers. • Responsible for all necessary documentation for all shipments. • Initiate calls to customers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. • Gather and process the cost information.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application Support Engineers to achieve high levels of performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Oversee day-to-day support operations, including case assignment, workload balancing, escalation management, and resource planning. • Provide advanced technical support to Acumatica customers and partners, handling complex and high-priority cases. • Serve as an escalation point for challenging technical issues and ambiguous situations. • Drive timely and effective resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Engineering, Product Management, Documentation, and other cross-functional teams. • Analyze support processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend operational enhancements to support leadership.
