Acumatica

• Participate in the design and development of business applications and customizations • Develop the data access layers, business objects, and presentation layers • Research and prototype ERP modules using new technologies • Support the existing code, do code optimization and refactoring • Analyze the code, search for and correct errors in the existing functionality • Work with development partners on architecture and code reviews • Provide guidance and support to developers participating in Acumatica’s development network, and evangelize the Acumatica xRP framework

• Own all aspects of revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 • Serve as the company's primary subject matter expert on ASC 606 and ASC 340-40 • Partner closely with Technical Accounting on complex arrangements • Oversee the Contracts organization responsible for reviewing signed customer agreements • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and modifications • Ensure strong controls and operational efficiency across the full contract-to-revenue lifecycle • Partner with Finance Transformation and Business Systems to improve quote-to-cash processes • Drive continuous improvement across contract processing, billing setup, revenue workflows, and reporting • Partner with Accounting Leadership on revenue integration planning for acquired businesses

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application Support Engineers to achieve high levels of performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Oversee day-to-day support operations, including case assignment, workload balancing, escalation management, and resource planning. • Provide advanced technical support to Acumatica customers and partners, handling complex and high-priority cases. • Serve as an escalation point for challenging technical issues and ambiguous situations. • Drive timely and effective resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Engineering, Product Management, Documentation, and other cross-functional teams. • Analyze support processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend operational enhancements to support leadership.

• Become an ERP domain expert across modules and verticals such as accounting, construction, wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing, field service, and professional services. • Lead an end-to-end consultative discovery process focused on improving business processes. Gather information related to customer operations, requirements, and challenges. • Tailor an environment to deliver compelling demonstrations so customers understand how Acumatica software will work to meet their specific business goals. • Gather requirements and work with sales and services teams to architect a solution which includes software, services, and a project plan. • Work with Acumatica partners to help them tailor a solution for larger and more complex customers. • Develop discovery guides, presentations, and videos to help partners deliver a consistent value proposition and message when delivering sales demonstrations. • Assist with creating and delivering webinars, white papers, training, and blog articles to establish Acumatica as a trusted leader in the mid-sized business management software industry. • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams.

• Lead the transformation of finance and accounting processes, systems, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities • Challenge existing processes and operating assumptions • Design scalable operating models and modernize finance processes • Drive automation initiatives and lead acquisition-related systems integration • Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Lead Accounting Governance • Serve as the company’s primary authority on accounting policies, technical accounting matters and governance frameworks • Evaluate complex transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatment • Advise executive leadership on accounting implications of strategic initiatives • Drive annual audits process and transaction-related review • Lead technical accounting discussions with external auditors • Prepare accounting position papers and technical memoranda • Drive Acquisition Accounting • Partner with Corporate Development, Finance Transformation, and Accounting teams • Support accounting diligence efforts • Assess accounting and reporting risks • Lead purchase accounting activities • Coordinate valuation specialists and external advisors • Establish opening balance sheets • Guide accounting integration decisions • Lead Tax Governance and Treasury Oversight • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and serve as internal owner for tax governance, planning and audit support • Oversee liquidity management and cash governance • Manage banking relationships • Support debt covenant compliance • Review cash forecasting and liquidity planning • Partner on financing activities and lender reporting

• Drive outcomes across our most strategic partners • Deliver strong, consistent revenue growth across major partners while maintaining a customer-first approach. • Ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS), low churn (<5%), and strong long-term customer outcomes. • Improve partner productivity and performance above the broader ecosystem. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–6 Major PAMs. • Set a high bar for account management, planning, and execution. • Help each team member grow into a stronger, more strategic operator. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, including the C-suite. • Drive the annual planning process with each major partner. • Hold both the team and partners accountable for execution. • Raise the quality and consistency of QBRs across the team. • Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across major partners. • Represent the needs of top partners within Acumatica.
