This person is a critical connector — keeping benefits running smoothly, payroll accurate, and employee experience programs active, while stepping into recruiting support as the team’s needs require. What you will do - Benefits Administration - Serve as day-to-day administrator for all US benefits programs including health, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), and voluntary benefits. - Manage open enrollment end-to-end: communications, employee support, vendor coordination, and system updates. - Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA accommodations, state leave, parental leave, disability) in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - Maintain benefits vendor relationships and support annual renewal process in partnership with the Director/VP. - Respond to employee benefits inquiries promptly and accurately; serve as the first point of contact for benefits questions. - Payroll Coordination - Process and coordinate US payroll in partnership with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timely execution each cycle. - Support annual 401k audits and compliance reporting. - Flag discrepancies and track corrections; escalate payroll compliance issues to the Director/VP as needed. - Wellness & Employee Experience - Coordinate and execute employee wellness initiatives and recognition programs throughout the year. - Manage the employee engagement calendar and logistics for company-sponsored events and wellness activities. - Track participation and gather feedback to inform program improvements; report outcomes to the Director. - Support peer recognition programs and tuition reimbursement administration. - Talent Acquisition Support - Support full-cycle recruiting as needed — posting roles, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and managing onboarding logistics. - Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and support the team’s compliance with internal posting requirements. - Maintain people data integrity across Talent systems; support HRIS updates, reporting, and data pulls as requested. - Provide general administrative and operational support to the US Talent team. Qualifications - Experience in benefits administration, payroll coordination, and Talent operations. - Familiarity with US benefits programs, leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, state leave), and 401(k) administration. - Exposure to full-cycle recruiting, ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), and onboarding coordination. - Comfort with HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets for data tracking and reporting. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping detail. - A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Who you are - You are detail-oriented and dependable — someone who takes pride in running benefits, payroll, and operations without error and without drama. - You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, and you understand that in a lean Talent team, everyone’s work connects. Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role. - Familiarity with global HR processes and compliance requirements. - Experience in a remote, multicultural team environment. Key Competencies - Adaptability to work with teams in different time zones. - A proactive mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Benefits - Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment. - Be part of an innovative HR team supporting a diverse workforce. - Competitive compensation and benefits, including 401k match. - Remote work flexibility with a focus on work-life balance.

Your time is spent where it matters most: finding, qualifying, and delivering great providers. It's a fit for someone who wants to own their pipeline, move quickly, and get better every day in a performance-driven environment. What This Role Owns - Recruiting is your full focus. - You partner with teammates who own business development, client sales, or account work. - You build real depth in sourcing and placing dental talent. What You'll Do - Build a Strong Pipeline - Source and engage dental professionals nationwide, including Dentists, Specialists, RDHs & Dental Assistants. - Use calls, texts, referrals, job boards, and internal tools to generate consistent candidate flow. - Stay proactive; this role rewards people who create their own momentum. - Run High-Quality Candidate Screens - Have detailed conversations to understand clinical skills, certifications, licensure, experience, preferences, availability, and compensation expectations. - Capture the details that actually matter; surface-level recruiting doesn't work here. - Match the Right People to the Right Roles - Partner with internal teammates to understand what clients really need. - Submit candidates who are aligned, prepared, and ready to move. - Guide providers through interviews, offers, and decisions. - Build Real Relationships - Stay in touch with providers beyond a single placement. - Create trust through consistency, honesty, and follow-through. - Generate repeat placements and referrals over time. - Stay Organized and Performance-Focused - Manage a high volume of activity without letting things slip. - Track your pipeline and prioritize what moves the needle. - Show up with urgency and consistency every day. What Makes This Different - Dental-only focus; you'll develop real expertise instead of staying general. - Speed matters; our credentialing and internal processes are built to move quickly. - Relationships over transactions; we're not trying to win once, we're trying to win repeatedly. - Clear ownership; you focus on recruiting, not juggling other roles. Training & Development - Deep dive into dental roles, specialties, and terminology. - How to properly screen for clinical skills and fit. - Market insights: pay rates, structures, and trends. - Salesforce training and pipeline management. - Live call shadowing and real-time feedback. - You'll practice, get feedback, and improve quickly. What Success Looks Like - You consistently build and maintain an active pipeline. - You hit activity and production targets around screens and submittals. - You bring in new providers, not just recycle existing ones. - You become someone clients and teammates trust to deliver. - Core metrics include: - Around 24 candidate screens per month (majority self-generated). - Around 20 submittals per month, including new providers. - Clear ramp expectations over your first year. Who You Are - Competitive and self-motivated. - Comfortable on the phone and able to build rapport quickly. - Detail-oriented; you don't miss important information. - Resilient; you can handle rejection and keep moving. - Interested in getting better, not just getting by. Compensation - Competitive base salary. - Uncapped commission with strong earning potential. Why Proxi We're building something with intention. The goal is not just to fill jobs.
