Project Coordinator

DYOPATH

• Coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and documentation to support successful project delivery. • Partner with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. • Support client onboarding initiatives through documentation, knowledge management, and process coordination. • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and promote continuous improvement across project and onboarding workflows. • Serve as a key communication link between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. • Track project progress, milestones, budgets, and deliverables. • Monitor risks and issues, escalating concerns when necessary. • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. • Help ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations. • Participate in onboarding and discovery sessions to understand client environments and requirements. • Create, maintain, and organize Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs). • Track onboarding deliverables and documentation requirements. • Develop standardized templates, workflows, and process documentation. • Support onboarding readiness and successful go-live activities. • Maintain project plans, reports, and operational documentation. • Create client-facing guides, user instructions, and training materials. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency. • Support client adoption and enablement through effective knowledge sharing. • Serve as a point of contact for project-related communication. • Maintain effective communication across project teams, clients, and stakeholders. • Track and report project hours, contract true-ups, and related administrative activities. • Provide visibility into project status, risks, and outstanding actions.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Project Management Support, or a related role.
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze risks, and support resolutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting IT, MSP, or technology-related projects.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with onboarding, service delivery, or knowledge management processes.
  • Preferred: Experience creating documentation, workflows, training materials, or KBAs.
  • Preferred: Exposure to Power BI, Helix, or similar operational platforms.

Job Summary The Project Manager I implements complex IT solutions for healthcare provider customers, managing small to medium-sized software deployment projects from planning through successful delivery. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, including Imprivata employees, customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors, while overseeing project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate has foundational project management experience supporting software implementation or similar technology projects and is committed to delivering high-quality customer outcomes. As a customer-facing role supporting French-speaking clients, native-level fluency in spoken and written French is required, along with strong English communication skills; advanced German language skills are highly desirable to support customers across multiple European regions. The Project Manager also maintains project documentation, facilitates status meetings, and contributes to the continuous improvement of Professional Services delivery methodologies and best practices.
