Role Description This role owns the studio's and clients' social presence and makes the content that fills it. You are a strategist and maker in one. You decide what belongs in public, then you go and create it, in a voice that sounds like the brand and stands out in a crowded feed. - Owning social strategy and calendars across the studio's and clients' channels. - Creating content: shooting, editing, writing, and designing short-form video, stills, and copy. - Running community management and engagement in a consistent, on-brand voice. - Reading the numbers and feeding what works back into the plan. - Working with design, illustration, and strategy so social is part of the story, not an afterthought. Qualifications - Around two or more years in social media with hands-on content creation, and channels you have grown that you can show us. - Native fluency across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and whatever is emerging next. - Real content skill: short-form video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar), a good eye, and sharp copy. - An analytical sense: you act on what the data tells you. - Self-direction and sound judgement about what should and should not go out. Requirements - Independent contractor, part-time or full-time, by agreement. Fully remote. - Rate by agreement, commensurate with experience and scope, billed against invoice. - Real autonomy over how and when you work, within agreed deliverables and deadlines. - Work that lands at a high standard, for founders and operators worth doing it for. - A studio that values your time and your craft, and works the way it says it does. Helpful, not essential - Photography and design skill (Figma, Adobe, Canva). - Paid social and creator or influencer coordination. - Hospitality or travel brand experience, relevant to Trade & Union. How to apply Send links to two or three channels or pieces of content you made and are proud of, and a short note on the thinking behind one of them & Resume / CV to cathy.holmquist@tunestudio.co .
