Director of Marketing

Streamline Healthcare Solutions

• Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SaaS marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across various channels • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen market visibility through thought leadership • Optimize customer acquisition and increase market share within healthcare provider segments • Drive multi-channel campaigns and implement performance marketing frameworks • Establish full-funnel attribution models connecting investments to revenue outcomes • Own product positioning and differentiation in a competitive healthcare IT landscape • Build a strong brand presence and thought leadership within healthcare markets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 6 - 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles
  • 5+ years in leadership roles or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in healthcare technology, EHR, or healthcare IT strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience aligning marketing with sales revenue outcomes
  • Knowledge of regulated markets and long enterprise sales cycles
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions in a collaborative, professional manner
  • Deep knowledge of modern B2B buyer behavior, digital engagement strategies, and content consumption trends
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy, executive branding, thought leadership development, and audience engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to connect brand-building activities directly to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
  • Familiarity with the following tools strongly preferred: Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cvent, SEO and paid digital advertising (PPC) concepts and tools
  • Proven success repositioning brands into higher-value market segments or supporting organizational growth into larger customer segments
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing platforms, content generation tools, and advanced marketing analytics.
  • Experience leading events with measurable pipeline impact
