Role Description As a Specialist, Enrollment (Internal Title), you are motivated and driven, with a self-starting attitude. You play a crucial role in identifying the unique challenges and pain points that our potential customers face in managing their businesses. You engage with service professionals (our Pros) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings. By conducting compelling product demos and sharing expert knowledge, you guide them on how to best utilize our services to maximize their business potential. Your primary responsibility is to demonstrate how our HCP Assist service can effectively alleviate these issues, driving growth and success for their operations. In addition to working with inbound opportunities, you will proactively identify and engage existing Housecall Pro customers through outbound prospecting efforts. This includes: - Researching opportunities - Building pipeline - Conducting outbound calls to educate Pros on the value of HCP Assist and drive enrollment The team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of Our Pros.
