Customer Marketing Manager

Absolute Security

• Run customer marketing campaigns designed to drive expansion and activation across the existing customer base. • Own our presence on Gartner Peer Insights and G2, building and executing review generation programs. • Manage our customer reference program from end to end, building case studies and testimonials. • Build and maintain a tracking system for all customer content and references. • Plan and execute customer events, including executive Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer marketing, customer success marketing, or similar role
  • Experience running review generation programs on Gartner Peer Insights and/or G2
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer reference programs and case study pipelines
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Experience planning and executing customer events, including executive-level formats
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, sales, and product marketing
  • Strong writer who can develop compelling customer narratives from raw interview material
  • Background in B2B tech or cybersecurity
  • Experience building or owning a customer content or reference tracking system
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Asana, or similar for program tracking
