Arquitecto de Procesos – Renting

Keppri

• Construir el entendimiento y la visión del negocio a partir de journeys, modelos de indicadores y lineamientos estratégicos, formalizando el modelo de negocio de la arquitectura (portafolio de servicios y estructura). • Definir el mapa de capacidades del negocio y su inventario, estableciendo qué debe saber hacer la operación de renting para cumplir su estrategia. • Levantar la arquitectura AS IS: mapear procesos y componentes del ciclo del contrato y del activo, asociar aplicaciones e inventarios de sistemas, e identificar tableros e indicadores de operación y experiencia. • Diseñar la arquitectura TO BE y el modelo operativo objetivo a alto nivel: priorización estratégica de capacidades, arquetipos de procesos e identificación de componentes. • Producir el análisis de brechas (mapa de gaps), priorizar iniciativas y consolidar el roadmap de transformación. • Asegurar trazabilidad y consistencia entre capas (negocio, procesos, aplicaciones, datos) y alinear los entregables con estándares de arquitectura empresarial. • Facilitar talleres con stakeholders de negocio, comercial, operaciones y tecnología, y comunicar la arquitectura a niveles ejecutivos y técnicos.

Job Requirements

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable exercitando el rol de Arquitecto de Procesos (no solo analista o mejora de procesos).
  • Dominio de notación y modelado de procesos (BPMN) y de herramientas de modelado/arquitectura (Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Visio o equivalentes).
  • Experiencia levantando arquitecturas AS IS / TO BE, mapas de capacidades y roadmaps de transformación.
  • Capacidad para asociar procesos con aplicaciones, datos y componentes tecnológicos.
  • Habilidades de facilitación, comunicación ejecutiva y manejo de stakeholders.
  • Deseables APQC PCF (Process Classification Framework) como marco de referencia para clasificación y benchmarking de procesos.
  • BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) para arquitecturas de referencia cuando el renting opera dentro de un grupo financiero.
  • Certificaciones o conocimiento en arquitectura empresarial (TOGAF) y en gestión por procesos (BPM/CBOK).
  • Experiencia previa en compañías de renting, leasing, movilidad o financieras de vehículos.
  • Nociones de telemática/IoT de flota y de arquitecturas de datos aplicadas a la operación.
