Role Description We're not looking for someone to show up and coast. We want a hunter: someone who thrives in the chase, loves the close, and gets fired up by building something real. This is your shot to join a record-breaking revenue team at a category-defining SaaS company inside the Microsoft ecosystem. We've got the product-market fit, the inbound engine, the pipe-gen resources, and the brand momentum. What we need is someone with the grit, hustle, and skill to turn that fuel into revenue. You'll own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the signed contract, targeting mid-market organizations across EMEA, typically 500–10,000 employees, across a wide range of verticals. This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United Kingdom and be legally authorized to work in the UK. What you'll do - Own the full sales cycle from first touch to closed-won: no handing off, no excuses. - Drive new business revenue through a healthy mix of inbound and self-sourced outbound pipeline. - Prospect aggressively to build your own pipeline; don't just wait for leads to land in your lap. - Deliver compelling product demos and value-based presentations laser-focused on ROI and business outcomes. - Collaborate with marketing, pipe-gen resources, and product teams to sharpen messaging, outbound campaigns, and persona-specific positioning. - Keep your pipeline clean, your forecast sharp, and your CRM (HubSpot) updated. Always. - Build and nurture relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging co-sell opportunities and partner alignment to accelerate pipeline and expand Orchestry's footprint across EMEA. - Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and unlock expansion revenue. - Hit and exceed your monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Then set new ones. Qualifications - 3–6 years of SaaS sales experience in a Mid-Market AE role with ACVs of $25K–$75K+. - You've sourced your own pipeline. You know what it takes to build from scratch and you love it. - Proven quota crusher: 100%+ attainment is your baseline, not your ceiling. - Experience selling to IT, Information Security, or Digital Workplace personas. - Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Entra) is a serious plus. - Exceptional communicator and storyteller; you make complex technical concepts feel simple and compelling. - You thrive in fast-moving, scaling environments where the playbook is still being written. - Hunter mentality with sharp discovery, negotiation, and closing instincts. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build - you're not just looking for a job, you want to own a region, build something from the ground up, and look back in three years proud of what you created across EMEA. Benefits - Real Impact – Help organizations across EMEA modernize how they collaborate and prepare for AI-driven productivity. - Remote-First – Work from anywhere in the UK with flexible hours. - Earn What You're Worth – Competitive base + uncapped commission. - Momentum – Fast-paced SaaS startup backed by an experienced leadership team and Microsoft 365 MVP founders; we're going places. - Modern GTM Stack – HubSpot, Clay, AI tooling. We give you the weapons to win. - Winning Culture – Join a record-breaking revenue team that holds each other accountable and celebrates wins loudly.
